This privacy notice, pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter the “Privacy Code”), describes how this website, owned by Benussi Marine S.r.l., is managed with regard to the processing of the personal data of users who browse it, also in accordance with the provisions of the Italian Data Protection Authority’s Decision of 8 May 2014, “Identification of simplified procedures for the information notice and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies” (hereinafter the “Decision”).
This notice applies only to the above-mentioned website and not to any other websites or sections/pages/areas owned by third parties that the user may consult via specific links available on this website.

1. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

1.1. Browsing data
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature it could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow the identification of users connecting to the website. What are cookies?
